Quality & Safety
Quality that meets the specification and strict occupational safety are two things we never compromise on.
Quality is planned, controlled and documented
Through quality control plans on every project, management defines the processes and procedures that ensure construction meets contract requirements and conditions in four key areas:
Materials
Materials checked against the approved specification before delivery and use.
Workmanship
Accurate execution of every item to the drawings and technical specifications.
Accepted practice
Following sound technical principles and recognised engineering practice.
Finish and performance
A careful finish and sound performance from every building element and system.
How we ensure compliance on site
A quality plan per project
Each project team sets a specific quality plan with the supervising consultant for the construction phase and is accountable for delivering it.
Continuous inspection
Work areas are inspected and monitored continuously to confirm compliance at every stage.
Testing
Required tests plus visual and practical inspections carried out by the project's quality control engineer.
Full documentation
Quality assurance, inspection tests and control records are logged on dedicated forms for complete coverage.
Worker safety is the foundation of every project
Arab Eye recognises that its employees and workers are the cornerstone of any project’s success, and that protecting their health and safety makes a real difference to their working and personal lives and to their productivity. We are therefore committed to a healthy workplace and to controlling potential and actual risks in our daily activities, in compliance with national and international law and recognised codes of good health and safety practice.
- Senior management is responsible for, and guarantees, implementation of the safety policy.
- We take the measures needed to prevent accidents and injuries to all workers.
- We cause no harm to people or the environment around our operations.
- The policy is developed continuously to cover existing and new activities.
