Decades of experience, a young and ambitious company
The company was founded in 2020 as a Libyan joint-stock company with a capital of one million Libyan dinars, at the initiative of engineers and technicians with long experience in planning, managing and delivering construction projects for public and private clients.
It was set up in response to the country’s need for national companies able to take part in ambitious reconstruction projects, combining field experience with modern management, and exchanging expertise with international firms on specialist work that local crews alone cannot easily cover.
In its first years the company has delivered work across several sectors, from commercial complexes and roads to housing schemes and building rehabilitation, all described on our projects page.

Our company has set, and continues to set, the best example in general contracting, and we are always developing so we can give our clients the best professional service. Because we have the right resources and people, and a team whose combined experience spans more than 35 years, we work to spread a culture and practices built on transparency and cooperation, which strengthen the company’s growth and its positive impact on the environment and society.
Our efforts are not limited to our own growth. We are also committed to our part in the broader vision of the Sustainable Development Goals, and to raising the local economy and community to the highest standards.
