Repair and Rehabilitation of a Damaged Building – Al-Hawari
Rehabilitation of a residential building with severe damage to its walls, ceilings, facades and finishes, returning it to a habitable state with a modern look.
Bringing a damaged building back to life
We took over the building with extensive damage to its facades, internal walls, ceilings and openings. Work started with a full damage assessment and stripping out failed plaster and finishes, followed by repairs to the walls and damaged elements.
This was followed by new plaster, paintwork and exterior mouldings, new windows and doors, and external works including paving, landscaping and facade lighting. The building was handed back within two months, on schedule.
