A two-storey block of offices and amenities in insulated panels inside an existing industrial hangar, with a steel mezzanine, walkways, stairs and epoxy floors.
Modern offices inside a working facility
We turned part of an existing industrial hangar into a complete two-storey office and amenities block, using a steel structure for the mezzanine and insulated sandwich-panel walls and ceilings that insulate well and go up quickly.
The scope included steel walkways, stairs and handrails, windows and doors, electrical, lighting and air conditioning, vinyl flooring in the offices and epoxy floors with marked walkways, plus washrooms, kitchenettes and safety equipment, all delivered under strict safety rules inside an operating facility.
