Office, Retail & Warehouse Complex – Al-Hawari Road
A design-and-build complex combining a concrete-framed office and retail building with steel-framed storage hangars, together with the external works and yards.
From an empty plot to a complete complex
This is one of the company’s flagship projects, delivered entirely in-house from site preparation to handover. Work began with levelling, excavation, and layered backfilling and compaction using heavy plant, followed by the isolated footings and ground beams for the commercial building and the hangars.
Next, the hangar steelwork was erected and clad while the concrete frame of the office and retail building (columns, slabs and stairs) went up in parallel, followed by blockwork, full finishes and concrete paving for the external yards. The project was handed over on the approved schedule.
