Ain Al Arab General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company was newly established in 2020 as a Libyan joint stock company by Resolution No. (2190) of 2020, with a capital of (1,000,000) million Libyan dinars, and includes an elite group of specialized and qualified cadres with high experience in managing, planning and implementing building and construction works for public projects. And private sectors, including building integrated cities, bridges, housing, shops, and tourist villages, implementing infrastructure works such as water and sewage networks, roads, electricity, telephones, air conditioning, refrigeration, maintenance work, owning real estate and production units such as workshops and factories, importing operating materials and supplies, machines and equipment necessary for the company’s work, as well as importing foreign workers and crews. It works to exchange expertise between its staff and international companies (technical support) to serve its projects in businesses and professions of a special nature that cannot be filled by national personnel.
By establishing it, it aims to contribute and participate in the implementation of ambitious projects for reconstruction and construction work in various areas of urbanization.
