Design and implementation of an integrated commercial and administrative complex with stores and an administration building on an area of 5,000 square meters on the main road of the cement factory (Al-Hawari) with modern designs and optimal exploitation of the project’s space. The building consists of two floors with an area of 1,000 square meters on each floor. The ground floor contains shops. Commercial with its own bathrooms, and the first contains divisible administrative offices, in addition to warehouses with metal structures with an area of 1,400 square meters, and a separate administration building, with gardens, internal corridors, and a goods unloading yard, where all considerations were taken in terms of safety, monitoring, and protection systems.

Design and implementation of a linking asphalt road with a length of 1,250 meters and a width of 7 metres, including surveying and making the necessary designs, taking into account infrastructure networks of water, sewage, electricity, and house connections, with full implementation including excavation, backfilling, leveling, and supply of foundation layers, compaction, asphalt materials from MCO materials, and concrete. Design and implementation of steel structures, sandwich panel walls and ceilings, offices and workshops for the Khareef Company site.
